Net florist is slowly becoming’not worth using’ I ordered last week they double deducted my account…i called for a refund Amanda said it’s only one amount I have my bank statement showing the amount went out twice -She literally put me on hold for 10 mins and never returned the call.I called again Nontsikelelo said she’s processing the refund I must wait 1-2 working days before it reflects day4 today still nothing from them…Their call centre agents are so unprofessional -service 0
