Service doesnt even exist

This service provider that calls themselves NET FLORIST is an absolute ****** waste of time. You order a parcel it doesn't even get delivered the day you want it to. They want to deliver 5 days later and expect me to be happy!!!! They are useless absolutely useless!!!<br> When you have a complaint and want to speak to the so called supervisor who calls herself Adelaide, she cannot even come to the phone instead you get put through from one person to the next!!!!!! The company need to employ some professional staff who can assist customers and not pass the buck just because they are not trained correctly!!!! Pay peanuts get ******s!!!<br> When you call them, some ***** answers the phone and gives the caller a whole idiotic breakdown of what they do and which number to press for which department - totally pathetic!!!
