Service delivery or should I say no service delivery

I had an issue with my order as it was late, the goods were damaged and so on. It eventually got delivered, and days later I received a call from their call centre agent that was rude, eventually he apologized and I was told that they will be forwarding me a voucher, to date I have not received anything.
