Service Delivery Failure

Disapointed to say the least. Not only did you fail to deliver on Friday 13th Feb as promised, you then proceeded to call the intended recipient to tell them you are going to deliver Sat 14 Feb and ruin the surprise! Please explain why I was not contacted? Further more I placed this order around the 4th of Feb so you can't tell me it was last minute. And on top of this it is now 14h15 on sat 14th of Feb and my order has still not been received. I think some explaining is in order!
