i placed an order 4 days ago, the gift was suppose to be delivered yesterday and they just didnt deliver and not reply to any of my emails asking why, then today i chat to a consultant and she says it will be delivered two days from now, how blady ridiculous, no notice from them or call to let me know this , and who wants a bday gift delivered a week later for such and exorbitant delivery fee.
