This absolutely the worst flower service I have ever used in my life, I place an order on the 11th February for a valentines gift and was supposedly to be delivered on the 14th of February. And they had only delivered the one parcel whilst the second parcel wasn’t even included in the delivery

Secondly the website confirmed that both parcels had been delivered to the recipient, today is the 16th February and they still haven’t delivered the flowers, customer services is also trash and very poorly educated on resolving issues this company just needs to close down once and for all ****en useless service

Clearly wouldn’t be using this company anymore, still haven’t reimbursed me or delivered my flowers just shows how *********** they are at their service
