Selling dying plants

I am very dissatisfied with the service of Netflorist.

I ordered a plant for one of my friends on the 3rd of October 2022 and on the 4th the plant is yellowing and wilting like its dying.

This is very unprofessional to sell dying plants expect it to be okay.

I would honestly rate them a 0 star, if I could.

This matter should be resolved ASAP!!!!!
