second year in a row mess up with order

i ordered a bouquet of flowers and a wine lindt combo i also paid addtional for a happy annivesary ribbon to be put on the wine box its the second year in a row that it has not been included yet ive paid for it i spoke to 2 days ago who said she will get back to me im still waiting i would like my money paid back to me for the ribbon thank you
