Second failure

Last timw I used their service to deliver a surprise gift, they called the intended recipient instead of me. I gave them thw benefit of the doubt as I could understand thia mistake. But now twlling me right before the weekend my Valentine's day delivery will be going out at a different date which instead of twlling me when, failed to enter the date in the clearly marked "state new date" section of text in thwir e-mail. Poor service. Won't be uaing them again, and won't recommend.
