****! Stay away from this!

Totally useless service. Emailed early morning about an online order issue but got a reply back after closing hours. They simply couldn't deliver on the actual day, a 50th birthday, due to their worthless service so it was delivered the day after. No understanding of the urgency and certainly no form of compensation. Three times after the purchase, they've sent mails claiming that the order isn't payed even though I have the receipt. Nothing but a **** company!
