****, not poor service, ****

I placed an order on the 1st of November 06:30 in the morning to be delivered the 2nd of November. This product has the option of same dag delivery. The next morning they tell me that because they received my proof of payment late (was sent at 06:47) they will not be able to deliver on that day. However, the product delivers on "some day delivery". When I emailed them about it, asking why it will not be delivered as their website states sameday and it is the day of delivery anyways, they emailed me back all of a sudden saying that they didnt receive my payment even after I recieved an email from them confirming that they have received my payment and one stating that they recieved it "late". Furthermore,the email that said that I didnt pay also stated that I must "hurry before order close". Order close at 12pm and they sent this email at 12:01. This is not poor service it's a ****.
