SA's worst delivery service!

My boyfriend ordered roses for me before 9:00 on the 12 of August 2019 and was told that it would be delivered before 12, he then phoned them to find out about the order and the said that it hasn't left yet but will be delivered before 7. It has been more that 24 hours and we still have not received delivery, I have phoned them more than 7 times and every time I asked to speak to the manager, his always busy or not at his desk. This is ridiculous and the service is pathetic! They should be renamed to SA's worst delivery service!
