Sameday delivery order, done online not delivered

On Saturday morning at different times I have ordered 2 gift hampers for same day delivery. It clearly stated delivery for 2 May. In my mind if you select same day delivery and your order is accepted and no one phones you to tell you there is a problem, I expected the order to be delivered. However tracking my order on-line, I realised only the one order is being attended to and was eventually delivered. Phoning the call centre, I discovered it closes at 12:00 on a Saturday. Surely orders accepted for delivery, should be delivered on time? My annoyance is that this is my second delivery not being delivered on time. It is clear that your on-line system is not aligned to your processing and delivery system. this was an important delivery and a huge disappointment that it was not delivered on time.<br>
