Sameday delivery maybe tomorrow

I have, over the years, re**** on NetFlorist to make good on my wishes to send gifts to friends and loved ones. Up until 2016 I never experienced any issues.

Please tell me how and indeed why you advertise same day delivery when clearly you are not able to deliver as promised.....instead sending lame excuses I'm sure you are only too aware that a gift for a specific occasion is vital that it is delivered on the actual day requested... Furthermore.....why on earth would you guarantee delivery by 7pm only for your call centres to be closed hours earlier by then too late to address the shortcoming in your service
