Same Day Service Did Not Deliver!

Ordered a cake this morning for "Same Day Delivery". It's 17:55 and I'm still waiting. No communication whatsoever from Netflorist. Poor child has been waiting. I would have thought by 5pm at most! Netflorist simply took the money and... no show! We could have bought the cake elsewhere but the promise of "same day" delivery for a personalised cake lured us to Netflorist - a decision we lived to regret. Even the address given for their offices does not even exist. We spent an hour looking for their offices with no luck! This is the worst service ever!!!!! Im expecting refund since the cake was a no show and we had to improvise for the day!
