Same day order - arrives end of day

I placed two orders at the same time for same day delivery. the one was delivered very early and the other by 15:30 was still not delivered. i called the call center twice, once they asked the driver to deliver the package as the person was leaving the office and second time i called to follow up where it was. needless to say on the Friday, the order was only received at 17:00 and the recipient had loong gone. this then had to stand overnight. <br> i am very disappointed as no one has addressed this and also that a \same day\" is more of an end of day....
