Same day, or next day delivery is ALL LIES.

I had very bad experience with a birthday flowers request. Ordered on the 17th Feb, requested to be delivered on the 18th Feb - ON Her birthday. Flowers was delivered on the 19th... No apology on the 18th, or the 19th for THEIR **** UP, nothing, just received the delivery report that it was delivered on the 19th... Sent huge complaint to them. StillThey Didn't apologise for their ****up... They said - they were sorry to here that their offer to remedy the situation didn't meet my expectations.... NO SOLUTION was offered to remedy a delivery date **** up. But in Any case, IT CANNOT be fixed. And NO refund was offered either for THEIR mistake... Nothing.... Bad company.... Wil never use them again, and DEFINITELY NOT recommend them....
