Same day delivery? yeah right

First time buyer, decided to order roses for my wife's birthday, website and item I ordered said same day delivery. I have been contacting the call centre and keep getting told the driver is 10 minutes away, well still no delivery. Had to go buy flowers elsewhere. Please process my full refund immediately, failure will result in legal action. Will never buy again from netflorist.
