Same day delivery service

I placed an order with Netflorist for a flower delivery using their same day service option. The order was placed at approximately 09h30 in the morning for an expensive arrangement to be delivered to a BUSINESS ADDRESS.<br> Although they do not guarantee a delivery time SURELY if this is going to a business address it stands to reason it would be delivered DURING BUSINESS HOURS. It really defeats the purpose if the flowers are only delivered at 18h08 to the security guard at the business as obviously the business is CLOSED AT THAT TIME!!!!!<br> This is now the second time this has happened to the same recipient at the same business address.<br> Netflorist, if you have too many orders for your drivers to deliver on time, can I suggest YOU GET MORE DRIVERS!!!!
