Same day delivery!!! Really??

<p>It is now the 3rd time that I have orderd something from Netflorist and they have not delivered on time. The first 2 times, were 1 day late and then 3 days late with rotten flowers! This time I ordered a gift basket with some extras for my wifes birthday to be delivered to work, only to have them deliver so late that the office was even closed! Really! Don't offer a service that you cannot provide! After several phone calls and holding for the operator to get in contact with the driver, the result was, of course unsuccessful, telling me they cannot get a hold of the driver, and then I was number 15 in a list of 20 to deliver after 13:00! Really? You want to deliver 20 items after 13:00 in Johannesburg! What time do you expect to deliver the item? After dark? Absolutely pathetic service. I will never use you again for sure.</p>
