Same day delivery not delivered the next day

I made an order and selected a same-day delivery for someone as a surprise which the delivery people never made it on time. However, I had to call to find out what happened to the order and why it was never delivered the lady just offered me a delivery free voucher instead of trying to reason with me. Called again the lady made me hold till I ran out of airtime. Third-time lucky the guy trying to help asks me "What time is this person leaving work?" how is that a relevant question were they not suppose to first thing in the morning delivered???? I have wasted my airtime and my time trying to find out where is my order and what is happening. My satisfaction I had with them was taken away and I am quite disappointed with their delivery process :(
