Same day delivery? NOT

This is the worst florist I have ever come across!!! Pathetic as hell!!! I ordered flowers 2 days ago to be delivered to krugersdorp, the flowers has not been delivered!! I phoned them 5 times they keep saying the gift has been send out to be delivered! Uhm from where CAPE TOWN?????
