Same Day delivery isn't same day!!!

<p>I placed an order this morning for a same day delivery chocolates and wine hamper. When I checked my order it was saying still being processed, the first time I called a lady said it will be out for delivery.</p> <p>I check again the status of my order at 12:30 and it says Non-Delivery Required Action. I call and was told that there's no stock and secondly, the item has to be prepared one day before because stock is kept in JHB. The website allowed me to order this for the same day when actually I could not! Now it's too late to order anything because same day deliveries are closed. I was supposed to be notified of this but was not!</p> <p>The item will only get delivered tomorrow which defeats the whole purpose of me ordering same day delivery. This is not the first time Netflorist has messed up my order and I'm getting pretty sick and tired of it! I spend a lot of money purchasing stuff from netflorist yet no order can go out on time or be the right item let alone notify the customer of whats going on!!</p> <p>I will sure not be ordering from netflorist again or definitely refer it to my friends after the timeless disappointments I've had.</p>
