Same Day delivery is Pathetic!

Poor Service Delivery!! What a disappointment - I made a purchase as a birthday gift for same day delivery - which was not delivered!! Upon query, I was advised that the recipient was not available, this despite the fact that I could confirm 100% that she was home. Unacceptable and bad service - will definitely reconsider alternative services.
