same day delivery has changed to whenever we can

this was my first time using net florist and with great cer*****y my LAST. first of my R100.00 off voucher on your website rejected multiple times, so you have given me a nonredeemable voucher, your website states same day delivery and now the item is out of stock? how can this be possible ? if i placed my order while the item is in stock? to be frank and honest this is completely and absolutely shocking. same day delivery? i believe there are laws against false advertising, how net florist is even in business is beyond me. disgusted. first time customer please refund my R100.00 or is this also a lie?
