Same day delivery expect it the following day!!!

Same day delivery is forsure NOT SAME DAY DELIVERY. Althoug clear instructions was give, 7am the order was made by 13:00 the order was not eve dispatched. After noumerous calls and requests i requested the delivery address to be changed as my plans was no longer working to deliver it to the business of choice. Still they got the address wrong and wanted to deliver the following day. VERY VERY POOR communication between your departments and drivers.
