Same Day Delivery BS!

Im absolutely shocked at your service. I on purpose picked a gift to be DELIVERED YESTERDAY. I placed the order a little after 8 so that i knew it would get to the person today.

Then after i notice nothing is being done I called in. I waited over 20min to be dealt with.

I was then informed that they will only deliver the gift the next day. If i wanted the gift deleivered the next day i would have picked something that took 2 days. Instead i picked a gift so that i knew it would go out that day!

Come today 2:30 I spent R100 airtime getting hold of your call center. The person leaves work at pm on a Friday and still this order is not delivered. All I can be told is that they are on the way.

What load of bs is it, that you offer same day but you then change my order date and still dont even inform me about the changes but make me call in to find this out.

If i wanted it to be done tomorrow i would have placed a bigger order and waited.

Just like the last time i ordered something and you forgot to add the bear i paid for to the order.

This is not acceptable. If i order for same day I expect same day.
