Same day delivery BS!!!

<p>I purchased flowers from the eBucks store at 9 AM (well within the cut of time) for same day delivery. I battled to get ahold of Netflorist for most of the day I finally got through at 15:30.After being on hold for 30mins I was told that the delivery will not be possible as FNB/eBucks store was supposed to have removed all deliveries until the end of mothers day, despite my order being unrelated to mothers day Netflorist could not honor it for same day delivery. having been told this at the end of the day is ridiculous.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the poor service, I cannot understand how this company is still able to run after false promises.</p> <p>A special occasion is now ruined.
