Same day delivery .... absolute nonsense

I'm.extremely dissatisfied with the service received from Netflorist.

I am a regular customer and this is now the second.time I have been let down. Their promise of same day delivery is absolute nonsense!

Their first time they delivered late to my partner.. They give me a coupon thereafter to make up.for the ****py service and guess what that coupon did not even work!

The second time, which would be for an order placed on the 10th January was not delivered to mother on her birthday! I call in and the woman who takes my call cuts me off cos she refused to help.
