Same day birthday bouquet not delivered

I placed an order*** for a same day bouquet and birthday card for my wife. She has been waiting all day, still no show.For a company who advertises 100% satisfaction and the best same day service this is pretty poor.When I track the order it shows in transit since early afternoon. How the flip can you not deliver a bday gift? Bad service of note
