Sally Williams with worms

<p>I purchased the Sally Williams Nougat and Biscotti Liqueur Gift for my mother's birthday. she received the gift on time, but after taking a bite she discovered worms in the nougat.</p> <p> </p> <p>My mother recorded a video and I forwarded this by email to netflorist. After a few days I had not received any feedback so called them, and after a lengthy phone call, mostly put on hold, they said I would get a full refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>Almost a month later I have not received a refund and I have had to call them again, only to find out there are no notes or nothing on their system to indicate a refund. Also, the "lady" who deals with the email inbox is not at her desk so the call agent cannot follow up on the email.</p> <p> </p> <p>Aparently they will call me back...</p> <p> </p> <p>Poor customer service, poor quality product, and birthday surprise spoilt for my mother and myself...</p> <p> </p>
