Sadly , birthday gift for someone special was not received

<p>It is with utmost sadness and heartfelt emotions that i place this on this platform. I have been using the services of netflorist cape town for more than 5 years now and on the most important celebration , a very special birthday of a dear friend going through a difficult time, all i wanted was to make her feel special . I placed my R700 order on the early hours of friday morning. This was scheduled to get delivered to an office of which my colleague sadly did not receive. I had to personally ask one of my office staff to stay behind(concidering it was a friday) to receive this delivery of which the person it was intended for will only see on monday. This just defeated the whole purpose and i feel completely ripped of my expense. </p>
