Sad Sunflower arrangement!!

Very disappointed and not happy at all with the service I received from Netflorist after ordering a Sunflower arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day but the flowers or in fact the lack of flowers my mom received was shocking and a very sad display! The product pictures of the Sunflowers arrangement (Sunflowers in a Gold Vase NETSP876) on the website had between 6-7 sunflowers in the vase but my mom only received 3 sunflowers that looked very droopy and sad! This is very disappointing as I paid R399.95 for this arrangement and it was a special gift for my mom for Mother's Day. I could have ordered a bouquet of sunflowers from Woolies instead and there would have been more sunflowers for cheaper but I wanted it to be special with a card and a special delivery for Mother's Day which is why I used Netflorist but I will think twice before considering Netflorist in the future.
