SA's largest SAMEDAY gift service - maybe not

I decided to surprise a friend with flowers for her birthday. Netflorist came highly recommended. I contacted them 2 days in advance ordering earrings and flowers. Upon ordering I requested the delivery be made before 1pm as she is a school teacher. At 3:30pm on the birthday I contacted Netflorist who firstly only then advised that they cannot guarantee a time for delivery, secondly only delivered the earrings and not the flowers after 1pm which I might add and lastly advised me that they cannot guarantee the SAME day delivery by Njabulo. I was told that the flowers might be delivered the next day. So why would they falsely advertise SAMEDAY delivery on their website when this is obviously not the case. Please do not order from netflorist as they are cannot deliver anything. Not flowers not service not anything!!!
