SA largest SAME DAY Delivery - JOKE!

Hi all,<br> Sad sorry but let's keep it short. As we all know Valentines Day was this weekend and myself and my two son's order for mom on the 2nd February flowers to prevent the rush for the 14th. Order was received and paid immediately and delivery date set to the 12th of February. On the 12th early the morning the NetFlorist website showed \Order item out for delivery.\" and by 15:30 nothing delivered yet so i phoned them. They informed me that it will be delivered before 17:00. 17:10 mom was on her way home from the office with out any flowers. Later they phoned me and said that famous words \"We so sorry\" , and asked if they can deliver on Saturday or Monday. After asking the call agent numerous time if they WILL deliver Saturday I agreed and so the waiting starts again , at 16:30 Saturday i phoned them and the call agent once again \"We are so sorry , but it will be delivered before 17:00 he promise\" , he also confirmed that they close at 18:00 so i can phone them again. Sadly we ended up buying ANOTHER bunch of Roses for mom , and this morning still nothing although they said they will phone me back. BAD BAD BAD BAD Services and costed me DOUBLE the cash."
