Very disappointed with the service that I got from Netflorist, bought a gift for a birthday, Nothing was sent on the delivery date. I received an email conforming that the order was delivered. followed up with the recipient still nothing was delivered. Called their call centre and was informed that they gift was delivered. I questioned them about the delivery time and place, then they placed me on hold and dug for more information, came back and informed me that it was not delivered. I honestly never thought that such a company can go that low, lying that they have delivered a parcel when they haven't, did they think that I wouldn't find out.
