I think the delivery option of same day delivery is a **** that should not be given or provided when you fully know you won’t make the delivery on time. That just spoils a persons birthday or special moment. Better to manage a client’s expectations by offering next day delivery. The same day delivery is bad and your courier guys lie and say 30minutes after 17h00 they will be here. You still wait because you have an expectation that you will get it.
