Ruined Valentines surprise- pathetic

Let me start by saying that if there were 0 stars that would be your rating netflorist. Only rated your company a 1 in order to leave a comment. What pathetic services. I ordered a surprise gift for Valentines day and guess what, you ruined the day by delivering socks instead of the gift i ordered. Embarrassing both me and my partner. What makes it worse is that i emailed you with no response, I've been calling with no answer... the service is that pathetic that a response is not even received or even the decency of answering the phone. You ruined the surprise, the day and there is absolutely nothing you can do to fix this. You have tarnished your own brand and i will never make use of your services again. I will not recommend you to any of my family or friends.
