Ruined valentine's day

Firstly the wrong flowers were delivered, it was delivered at 20:15 and the flowers are dying when received! I have been calling the entire day to check on the delivery and they kept saying it was coming, just them a few minutes they are in the area. I honestly do not appreciate the service and them messing up the order. I'm disappointed in net florist and will never be buying from them ever again!
