Ruined Valentine's day

My Fianc? is currently in Australia and placed me an very expensive order from Net Florist in Cape Town on the 7th of Feb to be delivered on the 14th. He called them on the 14th and they confirmed that the order will be delivered. Well guess what, the order never arrives and I sat home all day not even wanted to go to the supermarket to ensure I'm home when they arrives. This is very poor and unacceptable. Looking just at Hello Peter reviews and not sure how they can still be in business. They should allow us to leave proper reviews on there pages. Well I think I will write the same reviews on all pages including there Facebook Page. Very unprofessional. PS They have my phone number but did not even bothered to call to say they were late..... guest there customers is not important to them.
