Not only did they ruin a Valentine's Day surprise by not delivering, they also **** to me assuring me that the parcel will be delivered today.<br> Never will I ever use Netflorist again and I will surely spread the word about my extremely bad experience with them and all their Call Centre Agents.<br> Spend less money advertising and more on preparing for big days like Valentine's Day and training their staff.<br> Unbelievably unprofessional and rude but very eager to accept your payment.<br> <br>
