Ruined Personalised Order

I ordered a personalised bottle on their website and typed out a special inscription to be printed on the label of the bottle.<br> <br> I have just received my order, luckily I had it delivered to myself and not the recipient, and the inscription is completely wrong.<br> <br> It doesn't even make sense! Never mind that I typed out the inscription onto their webpage requirements.<br> <br> I am so upset, this is for a 30th birthday. I cannot give this to the person intended for.<br> <br> I am so disgusted that something like this can happen! All I can say is thank goodness I did not have this delivered directly to him! I would be so very embarrassed!
