Ruined my Fiancee's Valentine's Day

<p>I am completely disgusted that my order was not delivered yesterday of all days. You have ruined Valentine's day for my Fiancee and myself. I received a email from Netflorist at 14:11 that my order was on it's way. I'm not sure exactly how my order could have been cancelled due to it being a duplicate order and in all honesty this is not my problem. This is disgusting service and i will not ever order again from you. So very disappointed.</p>
