Ruined Mother’s Day delivery

My Mother’s Day surprise was ruined by Netflorist: 1. The package was incomplete. There was no balloon and there was no card. 2. I ordered yellow lilies and they were supposed to be wrapped, as advertised. What I recieved was a combination of sunflowers, roses and other flowers I do not know. 3. The pot for the plant was not wrapped, as advertised and ordered. 4. The flowers that were delivered were wilted. They were certainly not fresh.

I did not even receive a free voucher to compensate for the huge inconvenience caused. They have lost me as a customer. If possible, I’d give them zero stars for this.
