Ruined flowers surprise by NetFlorist

<p>Really disappointed in your poor service today :( I received an SMS this morning informing me about your Tulip Mania special, thought I'd get my mom some flowers. Ordered the tulips with the vase (paying extra for the vase) flowers were delivered in cellophane and paper at our house.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told the delivery guy I paid extra for a vase, he said no his papers doesn't say so. I took the flowers, phoned your offices, and the guy says oh yeah sorry, you paid extra for the vase. I told him I already know I paid extra for the vase. He said you'll deliver the empty vase with no flowers tomorrow. Really??? WHY would I want an empty vase delivered the day AFTER I order the flowers?</p> <p> </p> <p>So he said aww, it's all good, we'll refund your vase in SEVEN DAYS' TIME. So now I pay for the vase, don't get the vase, have to phone after you guys and now wait a week for my refund? I'm a frequent customer of yours and sorely disappointed that you ruined the surprise for my mom</p>
