Ruined father's day

I ordered a present for my husband for father's day, giving Netflorist and RAM more than enough time to ensure it gets delivered on time, which of course never happened. You have not only ruined father's day for our household, you have cost me R250 airtime after my numerous attempts to assist you in doing your jobs. This was the WORST experience and I will NEVER use Netflorist again. I was promised to receive a voucher within the next three hours, lets see if you will actually deliver or will it be yet another let down...
