Ruined Christmas

My wife bought 2 items from Netflorist. We paid delivery for both, but unfortunately only one was delivered today. After talking to a robot it explained that the second delivery would be made before 20:00 today, but that was not the case.

I don't know how we are going to explain to my mother that she won't be receiving her Christmas gift on time.

Netflorist are only good for funny adverti*****ts on the radio, but poor service delivery.
