Ruined Birthday Surprise & Poor Service

This was my first time ordering from NetFlorist, and it was a huge disappointment.

I placed an order for my sister’s birthday with confirmed delivery for 16 October 2025, but the order wasn’t delivered as promised. I only received a message that evening saying it would be sent the next day and shockingly, the same message was also sent to my sister, completely ruining the surprise.

Even after following up the next morning and asking that it be delivered before 13:00 or refunded, there was no proper communication or urgency.

For a company that claims to deliver special moments, this experience showed poor service, poor communication, and no accountability. I expected far better.
