Ruined Birthday Surprise

All the advertising and promises is ****. I placed an order for delivery today as it's my mums Birthday and I'm not available only to be told it's been delayed and will be done tomorrow. Pathetic. Firstly online I was told delivered. We called then told same thing. I had to call my mum and ruin the surprise only then to be told it's delayed. Are you guys that bad with service? Order canceled and I expect a full refund. I should rather have tried 1 of the local guys bear home than you. Hope you happy Netflorist you ruined my mums surprise
