Ruined Birthday surprise

I am overseas at the moment and ordered a gift from NetFlorist to my husband who is currently in SA. Not only didn't he receive the gift on his day of his birthday, but they also did not include the balloon which I paid for. I had a disappointed husband and you owe him a balloon.
